
Nigeria terror suspect, Henry Okah has been sentenced to 24 years in prison. In his judgement, Neels Claasen affirmed that prosecution has proved the case beyond reasonable doubt that Okah was involved in the independence day bombing in Nigeria.
Henry Okah, leader of the Movement for Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) was arrested in South Africa where he is a residence for his alleged involvement in the car bombing that left several people dead and others injured in Nigeria.
