Nobert’s role in providing strategy Direction for AFRIFF is envisaged to greatly impact on the industry and better alignment of projects and programmes with local film industry ‘Nollywood’.  He is the Chief Executive of Ocean movies and music studios with over forty movies to its credit.

He is a multiple degree holder in Accountancy, Masters degree in Business Administration, an LL.B(Hons) in Law from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Law degree in view from the Nigerian law school. He also obtained a certificate in Script writing and production from Deustche welle training institute, Germany.

one of Nigeria's most celebrated pageant- Queen of Aso Nigeria finally staged its 9th edition in style

Esu Flourence (Gbaggi) emerged as  the " Queen Of Aso Nigeria  during the pageant's coronation and award night on 13th of September in Abuja, Nigeria.

The 24 year-old FCT born Indegene and graduate of Nasarawa state University overtook 18 contestants representing different ethnic groups in Nigeria.

The event got to a climax during the presentation of Aso Outstanding Award to distinguished personalities and two new branded cars to the top two Beauty Queens of the night - Queen Of Aso Nigeria 2014 and Queen Of Aso International 2014. They are also entitled to all expense trip international contest to represent Nigeria at the Miss Africa Naiades on November 15th

Nigerian, Mrs Merit Gordon Obua, is among other notable women from other parts of the continent who were recognized recently in Atlanta Georgia with an Honorary Citizens Award. This was during the just-concluded African Women Leadership Conference. She was honored along with the First 

Lady of the Republic of Mozambique, Her Excellency, Dr Maria Da Luz Dai Guebuza.

 This year's conference hosted by one of the most influential female law maker in the United States, 

Senator Donzella James.

Almas Jiwani, the UN Women President, was the keynote speaker and other speakers at the conference included, Eveline Pierre, Mrs Eka Okpok, representative Dee Dawkins-Haigler, Mrs Josephine Anunobi, Chief (Mrs) Oprah Benson, and Chidi Jacobs. Famous artists like Jennifer Eliogu, Mish, Jemiriye, and Belinda Brady graced the occasion and captivated the audience with their artistries.
